InfinIT Technology Group was founded to provide small businesses and residential networks the IT service and support typically reserved for large enterprises. Our experienced, certified technicians focus on proactive maintenance and managed services to help our customers prevent problems and to develop plans to recover quickly when issues do occur.
Our turnaround time on drop-offs averages 1-2 business days, and we can typically dispatch a technician onsite within one business day. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request, though based on technician availability
At InfinIT Technology Group, our goal is to be more than just repairmen for our customers; we want to be their IT Department. The primary role of an IT department is to identify potential problems and address them before they impact the network. In addition to onsite, in-house, and remote repair services, we also offer affordable network monitoring and proactive maintenance agreements, as well as managed offsite backup and other hosted services.
